When will I receive access to a paid course?
Course access is activated after your payment has been successfully confirmed. The course will then appear in the My Courses section of your student account.
I cannot sign in to my account. What should I do?
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the reset instructions.
Where can I find my certificates?
Sign in to your student dashboard and open the Certificates section. Certificates are available after all eligible course completion requirements have been met.
How do I apply to become an instructor?
Create or sign in to your account and complete the Become an Instructor application. Grace Academy will review your information before approving instructor access.
